Kali Uchis Scores Solid First Week Sales With Latest Album

Kali Uchis’s new album is receiving rave reviews from music fans.

Kali Uchis’ star power continues to rise with the success of her latest album, Sincerely,. Not only has the project received glowing reviews—earning an 86% score from us—but it’s also projected to post impressive first-week sales numbers.

According to early reports, Sincerely, is expected to debut at No. 2 on the Billboard 200, moving approximately 59,000 units in its first week. The only project surpassing her is Sleep Token’s Even In Arcadia, which is projected to claim the No. 1 spot with 125,000 units sold. Trailing behind Uchis at No. 3 is SZA’s LANA, followed by Morgan Wallen’s One Thing At A Time at No. 4—a strong showing for a 2023 release.

What makes Kali Uchis’ success even more impressive is how lowkey she remains in the public eye. She rarely makes public appearances, rarely links up with fellow R&B or hip-hop artists, and still manages to maintain over 37 million monthly Spotify listeners, consistently releases critically acclaimed albums, and usually has strong album sales.

For an artist who often feels “under the radar,” Kali Uchis’ Sincerely, is a powerful statement—and her sales numbers prove she belongs among today’s top-tier artists. Kudos to Kali for the impressive debut!
