Tommy Richman is back with the remix of his hit song “ACTIN UP,” and this time, Big Sexyy joins the track. The remix dropped on April 18th, and honestly, I have mixed feelings about it.
The song is definitely on the sexual side, which is expected with any Sexyy Red feature. She fully embodied the vibe and acted up on her verse—I actually laughed because my girl was wild on this one. She can be so out of pocket sometimes. That said, it kind of felt like she just rode the beat. There weren’t any switch-ups, flow changes, or standout moments outside of her signature bluntness and vulgarity.
Still, the track is smooth, fun, and undeniably a bop. I’d say it’s one of the better Sexyy features we’ve gotten recently—her flow was solid, even if it was a bit basic, and her verse blended well with the rest of the song. This felt like a well-thought-out remix, but is it better than the original? I’m not sure.
